A 90-minute practice building inner and outer strength, flexibility and balance. Move through a blend yoga, free-weight training, band work, Pilates, and breathwork while learning alignment techniques that support joint health, strong bones, and lifelong mobility.
Begin in meditation, finish in relaxation. Have fun in between. Leave recharged in mind, body and heart.

Gayle brings decades of experience and a focus on those over 50, specializing in safe movement and postural integrity. Sessions may include bodywork, yoga, strength training, meditation, and mindfulness coaching.
